Palm Jebel Ali is Nakheel’s large waterfront development south-west of Dubai Marina. On Nakheel’s launch map, Palm Springs sits inland from the island, in the Jebel Ali area close to the main highway. What a 20/40/40 payment plan would mean
Suppose the reported plan applies and a home costs AED 3,300,000. Then 20% on booking is AED 660,000, 40% during construction is AED 1,320,000, and 40% on handover is AED 1,320,000. This is an illustration only. Purchase costs such as the Dubai Land Department fee are not included.
