A resale of a unit that is still being built. The owner bought from the developer and sells to you, and you take over the remaining payment plan up to handover.
Ask for the developer’s approval for the resale, the handover date, the remaining payments and service charges. We confirm all of this in writing with you.
Browse ready villas and townhouses, or new launches straight from developers in our off-plan projects.
It is a resale of a unit in a project that is still under construction. The seller already bought the unit from the developer and is now selling it on, so you buy from an owner rather than from the developer. Buying directly from the developer is called the primary market; our off-plan projects cover that.
Usually you pay the seller the amount they have already paid to the developer, plus or minus any agreed premium or discount, and then you take over the developer’s remaining payment plan. The exact figures are different for every unit, so we confirm them in writing before you commit.
Check that the developer allows the resale and issues its approval, the handover date, the outstanding payment schedule, service charges, and that the project is registered. We handle these checks with you before any money moves.
Mortgage options on unfinished units are more limited than on completed homes, and many buyers pay in instalments to the developer instead. Ask us before you commit. If you prefer a mortgage, a completed home is usually easier, see our ready villas and townhouses.
Tell us your budget, area and must-haves. We will shortlist matching homes and arrange viewings.
