Dubai has launched a new accredited Real Estate Diploma in partnership with the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT), aimed at developing skilled Emirati professionals for the emirate’s record-breaking property sector. The initiative aligns with the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033 and comes as the market achieves a historic transaction value of AED 917 billion ($249.6 billion) in 2025.


Program Overview: Building a Skilled Workforce

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has partnered with the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) to create a two-year professional diploma, merging academic excellence with practical industry expertise.

  • DLD’s Real Estate Empowerment programme has already facilitated the employment of 1,800 Emiratis in the sector.
  • The brokerage ecosystem now includes 2,028 Emirati brokers, of which 426 are women.
