What is DAMAC Lagoons?
DAMAC Lagoons is a themed community in Dubailand built around lagoons, waterfront leisure and Mediterranean-style streets and piazzas. DAMAC describes it as Dubai’s new lifestyle landmark, with easy access to key roads and major highways and a position close to Al Maktoum International Airport.

Homes, sizes and prices in Tower A
Tower A is a ground, podium and seven-level building. According to the developer’s Tower A price list, it has 166 homes across levels 1 to 7:

Levels 2 to 7 have 24 homes each (4 one-bedrooms and 20 studios), and level 1 has 22 (4 and 18). The master plan shows four towers, A to D, each ground, podium plus seven levels. The prices above are for Tower A only.
Sorrento Lagoon Views payment plan
The developer advertises a 50/50 plan: half of the price before completion and half on completion. In detail:

For example, on an AED 800,000 studio (about USD 218,000 at 3.6725): AED 40,000 as a deposit, AED 80,000 within a month, AED 2,000 a month in the small instalments, AED 52,000 in month 12, AED 40,000 in each of months 18, 24, 30 and 36, and AED 400,000 on completion.
- The developer says the plan is valid for 14 days from its release, so ask us whether it is still open.
- Its notes say the 4% Dubai Land Department (DLD) fee is in addition to the schedule and that the down payment counts as 15% plus the 4% DLD fee, while the offer is advertised as a 4% DLD fee waiver. Ask a Throne specialist how it applies to your booking.
Lifestyle and amenities
The brochure builds the project around water, greenery and social spaces:
- A lagoon pool with a pool bar and floating pods
- Water-based exercise and outdoor yoga with spa treatments
- An entertainment hub and waterfront dining
- A community amphitheatre with an outdoor cinema
- A coffee shop and a BOHO lounge
- Wellness facilities, a culinary zone, a leisure area, everyday essentials and social hubs

The brochure describes light-filled studios and 1-bedroom apartments with a Mediterranean feel: elegant curves, bright interiors and calming natural tones. The renders show open living areas, large windows and a balcony.

DAMAC Lagoons is in Dubailand. The developer gives these approximate drive times from the community:

- Mall of the Emirates: 25 minutes
- Al Maktoum International Airport: 28 minutes

What recorded sales say about DAMAC Lagoons
Our price pages use Dubai Land Department recorded sales. In the 12 months to 25 September 2026, DAMAC Lagoons recorded 1,830 apartment sales, all of them off-plan. The median was AED 1,821 per sq ft, and the middle half of sales ran from AED 1,657 to AED 1,911 per sq ft.

On the developer’s price list, Sorrento’s studios average AED 1,958 per sq ft and its 1-bedrooms AED 1,726. That is about 3% and 4% above the recorded medians for those sizes in DAMAC Lagoons. The comparison is rough: recorded sales cover earlier launches at different dates, and Sorrento’s figures are prices on a new price list, not completed sales.
