Kore by Imtiaz

Kore by Imtiaz is a wellness-focused residential tower in Dubai Land Residence Complex (DLRC), Dubai, by Imtiaz Developments. The building rises over a basement, a ground floor and three podium levels, with 13 residential floors and a roof level. It offers studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments from AED 679,000, with handover planned for Q4 2028.

Built around training, nourishment and recovery

Kore is designed around three ideas: train, nourish and recover. They shape both the amenities and the way the homes work.

• Train. A signature training environment of about 3,200 sq ft equipped by Technogym, a padel court, an adults’ leisure pool with a sunset deck, and a feature staircase called The Hike.
• Nourish. An edible garden with a shared Harvest Table, and open-plan homes with floor-to-ceiling glazing designed to bring in daylight.
• Recover. Red light therapy through One Hype Wellness, a sauna, and a Heveya sleep system with mattress, pillows and linens in every home.

Residents also get a lobby lounge and a wellness-centred co-working space, so work and training sit under one roof.

Two payment plans

Imtiaz offers two payment plans for Kore.

• 50/50 plan. 20% on booking, then six instalments of 5% between January 2027 and September 2028. The remaining 50% is due on completion in Q4 2028.
• 60/40 post-handover plan. 60% is paid by completion: 20% on booking, then instalments of 5%, 10%, 5%, 10% and 5%, with a final 5% on completion in Q4 2028. The remaining 40% is paid quarterly over three years after handover.

Location in Dubai Land Residence Complex

Kore stands in DLRC, in Dubailand. According to the developer’s brochure, it is about 15 minutes from the Meydan Cycling Track, Wellfit Meydan, Meydan Golf, Meydan Racecourse, Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, Meydan Canal and Boardwalk, and Meydan Central Park. It is about 20 minutes from Dubai Creek Harbour, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Design District, Business Bay and Dubai International Airport.
