The villas come in three styles (Classic, Chamfer and Contemporary) across ten floor plans, from about 7,269 to 12,959 sq ft of total area. Prices start from AED 13.16 million, with handover expected in Q2 2029.

Waterfront living at The Oasis

According to Emaar’s brochure, The Oasis spans about 100 million sq ft and will have more than 3,100 residences framed by canals and green spaces. Community amenities include a clubhouse, the Oasis Lagoon, a retail centre, Water Stream Park, Spring Garden, playgrounds, multi-sports courts and pocket parks. Emaar describes Tierra as a private luxury haven on the waterfront, with light-filled, open-plan interiors that flow into water views.

• 5 bedrooms: Contemporary 8,048 sq ft, Chamfer 7,922 sq ft
• 5 bedrooms with basement: Classic 10,363 sq ft, Chamfer 10,394 sq ft, Contemporary 10,311 sq ft
• 6 bedrooms with basement: Contemporary 12,777 sq ft, Chamfer 12,959 sq ft
