This page explains how to ask us to delete the information we hold about you from our Instagram account @throne_properties (Throne Properties, Dubai).
What we may hold
- Your Instagram name and username, and your Instagram-scoped ID.
- Comments or messages in which you asked us for information (for example a project brochure or prices).
- The phone number you sent us so that an agent can contact you.
We use this only to answer your request and to let one of our agents contact you. It is kept in our website records and in our customer system (CRM).
How to ask for deletion
- Send us a message on Instagram (@throne_properties) saying “delete my data”, or
- email [email protected] from the address you used, or
- message us on WhatsApp: +971 58 253 1511.
Tell us your Instagram username and the phone number you shared. We will confirm by reply and delete the information from our website records and our CRM within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.
