About the Role:
Throne Properties is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with experience in UAE real estate accounting, VAT compliance, and hands-on knowledge of Zoho Books.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accounts using Zoho Books
Prepare financial statements and reports
Handle UAE VAT returns and FTA compliance
Manage rental income, service charges, deposits, and reconciliations
Support RERA-related financial requirements and audits
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Certifications will advantage)
2–4 years of UAE accounting experience (real estate preferred)
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Zoho Books
Proficiency in Excel
