The initiative aligns with the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033 and comes as the market achieves a historic transaction value of AED 917 billion ($249.6 billion) in 2025.

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has partnered with the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) to create a two-year professional diploma, merging academic excellence with practical industry expertise.
